- valid for booking during phase 3
- reschedule or cancel anytime with advance notice of at least 72 hours, and in such case of cancellation, full refund shall be given
Within 72 hours from the charter
- full refund may only be given only if the charter is unable to go on because of new advisories released by the Singapore government
- otherwise, for all other cases, such as medical, compassionate or other personal reasons, standard terms still applies should we be informed less than 72 hours before the sailing time
